Aloha Tigers,
If you have not yet dropped off all of the completed signed forms that were in your packet (video release, emergency card, etc.) to McKinley, we are having a designated day for you to do that. This Monday, September 21st, from 12:30pm-3:00pm you will have the opportunity to do a drive-thru dropping off of forms and school fee payment.
If you do not drop off the forms during this time, you will need to mail it in (McKinley High School 1039 South King St. Honolulu, HI. 96814) asap. If you do not have the means to drive-thru, we will also be taking walk-ins in front of the gym during the same time.
Attached is a link to the forms for your reference, or if you need to, print out and fill out. Please make sure that the forms are COMPLETE with signatures, if required, and all other pertinent information. Just as an added bonus for dropping off your forms during this time, every MHS student who turns in their completed forms will be receiving a Tiger logo'ed face mask--we want to keep you safe and bring you back healthy! (If you already turned in your forms, we have your name down along with a mask upon your return to school)
